- Service Details: Specific service requested (e.g., PAN card correction, Aadhaar PVC printing, income certificate facilitation).
- Identity & Supporting Documents: Digital files or photographs (such as Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, photograph, signature, or prior certificates) provided voluntarily by you for application processing or printing.
- Transaction Details: Payment transaction reference numbers and billing timestamps (we do not store your bank account passwords, UPI PINs, or credit card CVVs).

Your personal data is used exclusively for:
- Printing the requested waterproof PVC smart cards according to your specific order.
- Filling out and submitting authorized application forms to official government portals on your behalf.
- Communicating order confirmations, application status updates, and dispatch tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or telephone.
- Verifying the authenticity and completeness of required application proofs.

When you hire our centre for online documentation facilitation (e.g., PAN Card Form 49A, e-District Kerala certificates, or Passport Seva), your information is submitted directly to the designated official government portal (such as the Income Tax e-Filing portal, Protean/UTIITSL, Kerala e-District portal, or Passport Seva Kendra portal) strictly as authorized by you.
5. Data Security & Storage
We implement robust technical and procedural safeguards to protect your personal data:
- All data transmitted between your browser and our website is protected using 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) encryption.
- Customer files uploaded for printing are stored in protected directories with restricted staff access.
- Digital files uploaded for one-time PVC printing are purged or archived securely after order completion and delivery verification.
- We never store your biometrics (fingerprints or iris scans) or sensitive government portal passwords.

As a data principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- Access & Summary: Inquire about the personal information we maintain regarding your service requests.
