We provide document scanning, digital photostat, high-definition PVC smart card printing, and online facilitation assistance for citizen documentation (such as PAN card applications, e-District certificates, and passport appointments).
2. Statutory Facilitation & Non-Government Relationship
- Independent Enterprise: Akshaya Centre Karulai operates as an independent service facilitation and digital delivery point. We are not a government department or legislative authority.
- Government Department Discretion: Statutory approvals, application processing timelines, issuance, or rejections of certificates, PAN cards, or passports rest entirely with the respective competent government authorities (e.g., Income Tax Department, Revenue Department, Ministry of External Affairs).
- Statutory Fees: Any official government fees for applications are paid or remitted directly to the respective department portals on your behalf.
3. User Responsibilities & Accurate Information
When requesting services or ordering PVC cards through our platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, genuine, and legally valid identity details, mobile numbers, and supporting proofs.
- Ensure that any document or photo uploaded is your own or that you possess legal authorization to submit it.
- Review all draft application details thoroughly before authorizing final submission. Akshaya Centre Karulai is not liable for rejections resulting from incorrect information provided by the applicant.
4. Smart PVC Card Printing Guidelines
We provide durable, high-definition, waterproof UV PVC smart card printing for personal identification documents (such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence, Ayushman Bharat, and Ration Cards).
- We print smart cards strictly from the digital copies or PDFs provided directly by the legitimate cardholder or authorized family member.
- We do not alter, forge, or fabricate any data, QR codes, or security emblems present on your original documents.
- Citizens are responsible for safeguarding their physical smart cards against loss or unauthorized access.
5. Payment & Pricing Terms
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and clearly differentiate between facilitation charges, printing fees, and statutory government dues where applicable.
- Accepted Payment Methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Direct Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery / Store Pickup at our Karulai Centre.
- Payments must be confirmed prior to card dispatch or application submission.
6. Delivery & Pickup Options
- Store Pickup: Free collection at our centre located Opposite Bus Stand, Karulai during normal working hours (Mon–Sat 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM).
- Doorstep Delivery: We offer delivery via India Post (Speed Post / Registered Post) or reputable courier services across Kerala and India at a nominal shipping fee (typically ₹40). Tracking references will be shared via WhatsApp or SMS.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Akshaya Centre Karulai and its operators shall not be held liable for any delays in government department processing, downtime of state/central government server portals, postal delivery delays caused by postal strikes or courier operational issues, or rejections arising from forged or inadequate documents supplied by the applicant.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nilambur / Malappuram District, Kerala.
