MySahayi uses an intelligent allocation engine. Applications are assigned based on geographical proximity (GPS distance), center availability, and current processing workload to ensure prompt turnaround within statutory SLA deadlines.

You can track your application in real-time in the MySahayi mobile app under 'My Applications' or by entering your unique Tracking ID on the public tracking portal. You will receive live timeline updates at every processing step.

If an Akshaya operator or verification officer needs clearer copies or additional supporting files, you will receive an instant notification. You can upload the requested documents directly from your phone without resubmitting the entire application.

Once your application status changes to 'Completed', the official digitally stamped certificate or delivery slip is available for instant download in PDF format under your application details in the mobile app.

Yes. All payments on MySahayi are processed through RBI-authorized payment gateways supporting UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Debit/Credit Cards with 256-bit bank-grade SSL encryption.
